Booking & Payment
How do I book, and when do I pay?
Full payment (100%) is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. There’s a $250 separate deposit to be paid after booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel 365+ days before arrival: 95% refund. Cancel 120+ days before arrival: 50% refund. Cancel within 120 days of arrival: no refund. We recommend travel insurance for flexibility closer to your trip.
Is there a security deposit?
There’s a $250 separate deposit to be paid after booking.
Why book directly instead of through Airbnb or Vrbo?
Booking direct means no platform service fees — guests typically save around 15% compared to booking the same stay through a third-party platform, at the same great villa.
Stay Details
What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, check-out is before 11:00 AM.
What’s the minimum stay?
1 night minimum (may be longer during peak season — happy to confirm for your specific dates).
How many guests can the villa sleep?
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests across 4 large en-suite bedrooms (2 master suites), with multiple lakefront rooms and water views.
Is there a minimum age to book?
Yes, the primary guest/renter must be at least 25 years old.
Policies & Rules
Are pets allowed?
Yes — up to 2 pets are welcome with advance notice. Please reach out ahead of time so we can prepare. A pet fee will be charged.
Are events or parties allowed?
Events and parties are not permitted without prior approval, and any approved event may require on-site management supervision. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the property is non-smoking.
Is there security/surveillance on the property?
Yes, there is gated security with 24-hour security guards. Also for guest safety there are exterior security cameras on the property (none inside living spaces).
Do you require ID/passport registration?
Yes — before check-in, all guests are sent a link to register with their passport, as required by local regulation.
Is there an additional tax for Colombian residents?
Yes — Colombian tax law requires an additional 19% tax charge on the reservation cost for guests who are Colombian residents. You’ll be contacted after booking if this applies.

What wellness amenities are included?
Private jacuzzi, barrel sauna with cold-plunge/ice bath option, state-of-the-art gym, outdoor fitness playground, private tennis court, private dock with kayaking access, and over 1,500 feet of waterfront. An optional professionally-chilled cold plunge experience is available for $95/stay with 24-hour advance notice.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, Starlink high-speed WiFi covers the entire property — details are provided in your check-in guide once booked.
